IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
To insure a smooth and fast buying experience please note these important instructions:
FFL Requirement
- All firearm orders must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
- Buyers are responsible for selecting and contacting their FFL dealer.
- A valid copy of the FFL must be submitted before we can ship your order.
- Be sure the item is legal to own in your state. We do not ship any item that, as configured directly from the factory, is unlawful to own in your state. There are no exceptions.

Submitting the FFL License
- FFLs may be emailed to: ffl @ redcircletactical . com (remove the spaces) (license submissions only).
- Please ensure your dealer includes your order number and full name.
- If mailing payment via USPS money order or certified check, it's helpful to include the FFL license copy with your payment.
- Red Circle Tactical includes a copy of our FFL license with every firearm shipment.

Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed quickly; however, please allow up to 14 business days for shipment or local pickup due to order volume.
- Firearms will not ship until a valid FFL license copy has been received.
Shipping Insurance
- Shipping insurance is optional at checkout.
- If you choose not to purchase insurance, you accept full responsibility for the shipment once the carrier accepts the package.
- Red Circle Tactical assumes no liability for loss or damage if insurance is declined.
IN-STORE PICKUP
To guarantee availability, place your order online and select in-store pickup. We'll notify you when it’s ready for pickup/transfer.
PRICING INFORMATION
Online vs. In-Store Pricing
- Our online store always offers the best pricing. Due to our low pricing we cannot offer price matching, military, or law enforcement discounts.
- Some online inventory may not be available at our physical retail location.
STORE POLICIES
Returns and Refunds
- All sales are final. No refunds or returns on firearms or ammunition.
- Exceptions are made only for errors on our part.
- Used firearms are sold as-is. Buyers are encouraged to have used firearms inspected by a qualified gunsmith.
Manufacturer Warranties
- All new firearms are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claims. We are authorized dealers and can assist if needed.
Order Cancellations & Errors
- Orders canceled by the customer prior to shipment are subject to:
- 25% restocking fee (minimum $50)
- Deduction of payment processing fees
- Refused shipments are subject to a 50% restocking fee and loss of shipping costs.
- If we cancel an order due to a pricing or description error, you will be notified and not charged, or fully refunded.
Product Listings, Errors & Availability
Our online inventory is updated frequently and may change hourly. While we strive for complete accuracy, occasional errors may occur in product listings, descriptions, images, or pricing.
Please note:
- Inventory may appear available when it is not, due to delays in system updates or supplier issues.
- In rare cases, an item you ordered may be out of stock or unavailable for reasons beyond our control. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We do not guarantee that all product titles, descriptions, images, or prices on our website are free of error. We reserve the right to:
- Correct any inaccuracies at any time
- Cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed with incorrect information, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment processed
If an order must be canceled due to a pricing, photo, or description error:
- We will make every effort to void the charge
- If the charge has already been captured, we will issue a full refund
If an item is shipped before an error is discovered, we may:
- Ask that it be returned in its original, unopened condition
- Issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned item
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Red Circle Tactical is the final authority in resolving any discrepancies related to product listings or order fulfillment.
Ammunition Purchases
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition, and at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition.
- All ammunition is shipped via ground service and requires an adult signature upon delivery.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and shipment of ammunition.
- Ammunition will not be shipped to any location where prohibited by law.
- We do not ship ammunition to California under any circumstances.
Please verify your local laws before placing an order. By purchasing ammunition from Red Circle Tactical, you certify that you meet all age and legal requirements.
Storage Fees
Unclaimed or untransferred firearms will incur the following daily storage fees:
- Firearms (rifles, handguns, receivers): $25/day after 30 days
- NFA items (silencers, SBRs, AOWs): $50/day after 30 days or 10 days after BATFE approval
- NFA Machine Guns: $250/day after 30 days or 10 days after BATFE approval
Items left beyond 90 days may be surrendered to law enforcement or sold. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate a delay.
LEGAL DISCLAIMERS
Firearm Ownership Responsibility
By purchasing a firearm from Red Circle Tactical, you certify that:
- You are of legal age:
- 18+ for rifles/shotguns
- 21+ for handguns
- You are a U.S. legal resident
- You are not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms under federal, state, or local law
- You will have the firearm inspected by a certified gunsmith before use
- You will use a trigger lock or other safety device to prevent unauthorized access
Federal Law Compliance
You affirm that you:
- Are not a convicted felon or under indictment for a felony
- Are not a fugitive, unlawful drug user, or adjudicated as mentally defective
- Are not subject to a restraining order or convicted of domestic violence
- Are not dishonorably discharged from the military
- Have not renounced your U.S. citizenship
- Are not purchasing for a third party (i.e., a straw purchase)
- Will not transfer the firearm to someone prohibited from ownership
Liability Waiver
- Upon purchase, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the use, storage, handling, and safety of the firearm.
- Red Circle Tactical is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of purchased items.
- Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Red Circle Tactical, its owners, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from the purchase.
Indemnification and Agreement to Defend
By placing an order with Red Circle Tactical, the buyer expressly agrees to the following:
- If any representations made during the purchase process are found to be false, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms of Sale, the buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Red Circle Tactical, including its owners, officers, agents, and employees, from and against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
- The buyer further agrees to release Red Circle Tactical from all liability arising from or related to any product purchased, including but not limited to:
- The use or misuse of the product
- The storage, transportation, or handling of the product
- Any third-party use or possession of the product
- The buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for the safe handling, use, and storage of all items purchased. This includes the responsibility to read, understand, and follow all manufacturer instructions and safety manuals.
- Red Circle Tactical and its officers, agents, and employees shall be held harmless and released from any and all liability or claims, whether civil or criminal, arising out of the ownership, possession, use, or storage of any item purchased.
Class Action Waiver
By purchasing from Red Circle Tactical, you agree that
any dispute will be resolved
individually and not as part of a class action or collective lawsuit.
FBI NICS BACKGROUND CHECK POLICIES
Minimum Age Policy
Due to the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) of 2022, for purchases by those under the age of 21, expect to be automatically delayed at least 10 days after we submit your NICS background check.
Delayed Background Checks
- If your background check is delayed, we wait up to 15 business days before deciding on transfer.
- If the delay exceeds 30 days, the background check expires and the order will be canceled and refunded (subject to our refund policy).
Denied Background Checks
- If you are denied by NICS, you cannot take possession of the firearm.
- No refunds will be given for NICS denials.
- If you purchased out-of-state, you must coordinate with the shipping FFL for a return or alternate solution.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Trademarks
- All trademarks used on our website are property of Red Circle Tactical or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
Copyright
- All website content is the property of Red Circle Tactical and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
PRIVACY AND DISCLOSURE
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By placing an order with Red Circle Tactical, you agree to:
- All terms and conditions stated above
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Accept full legal and financial responsibility for your purchase
